Trinity College Dublin Students’ Union is mandated by its students to strive for affordable accommodation for our students. Advertising through our portal is an exclusive opportunity in which landlords can advertise directly to Trinity College students, without any cost for advertising. We ask you to regard such points when considering a rent price for students that is feasible and affordable during this current cost of living and housing crisis.
Advertising with the TCDSU Accommodation Advisory Service is very rewarding, and allows you to advertise exclusively to Trinity students. There is no charge for advertising with us.
Every property will be reviewed by the staff in the Accommodation Advisory Service before being posted. If there are any issues with your advertisement or missing information, we will contact you directly. Once your ad is good to go, AAS staff will advertise it on the database, students will then get in contact with you and you will be able to select a student.
