About Us

The AAS is a free-to-use service run by Trinity Students’ Union which assists students in finding suitable accommodation around Dublin. Our drop-in service runs through August and September and again in January, but we work all year round to help students with accommodation issues.

We advertise available accommodation on our website which is available for Trinity Students to view. If you would like to advertise accommodation, please fill in our listing form on the Landlord page.

We can:

  • Provide advice on different areas and websites to look for accommodation.
  • Offer support, advocacy and connect you with representation.
  • Provide a database of DIGs.
  • Guide you through the process of searching for accommodation if you’re having difficulty.

We cannot:

  • Provide you with on-campus accommodation.
  • Search for or book accommodation on your behalf.
  • Sort out accommodation for you on the spot – searching for accommodation is a process that can take time.

Please note that the Accommodation Advisory Service does not provide emergency accommodation. If you require immediate help due to becoming homeless you should contact the TCDSU Welfare & Equality Officer at This email address is being protected from spambots. Facebook Group:

The Accommodation Advisory Service runs a Facebook Group(TCDSU Accommodation Support) where students can share open rooms in their rented accommodation, connect with other students and find roommates. Landlords can also advertise here, if their property does not fit our portal’s criteria.
